Improve Sleep
Lavender is believed to improve sleep by using a few drops of lavender essential oil on your pillow or in your diffuser. Some people even like having fresh-cut lavender on their nightstand for enhanced aromatherapy.

Because of its calming effect, lavender is believed to reduce stress snd anxiety.
Improve Skin
There are many essential oils that are being used for dermatology purposes. Lavender oil is one of them and is known to ease inflammation and treat blemishes and possibly heal wounds. Its antioxidant qualities may offer benefits for fighting acne, eczema, dry skin, wrinkles and more.

Lavender candles and sprays may be used to repel mosquitos and other insects. It sounds like insects don’t like lavender as much as we do!
