In Michigan, summer raspberries are usually ready to pick from early July-mid August, while fall raspberries are available to pick from late August until the first frost, often in early October, depending on the region. Both red and black raspberries are full of flavor when eaten fresh, so they are an excellent choice for your U-pick adventure! Always call ahead to be sure the farm has berries that are ready to pick on the day of your visit.
