FRIDAY

5:45 pm: Gentle Yoga and Welcome Reception
7:30 pm: Enjoy dinner on your own at one of our incredible local restaurants
SATURDAY
7 am: Sunrise Vinyasa Flow
8:30 am: Breakfast prepared by Chef de Cuisine Chris Mushall
10 am to 3 pm: Explore Traverse City and Old Mission Peninsula on your own or allow us to recommend some of our favorite places. Go out to lunch, visit the hiking trails, or relax with a glass of your favorite Chateau Chantal wine.
3:00 pm to 4:30 pm: Yoga Nidra, Winter Inspired Flow, and Asana Workshop
6 pm: Wine-paired dinner with your host and chef. Enjoy a delicious and nourishing, five-course wine and food-paired dinner, featuring a one-of-a-kind menu. Includes a tour of the vineyard and cellar.
SUNDAY
8 am: Rise and Shine Morning Restorative Yoga and Meditation
