The Michigan Craft Beverage Council was established to provide for research into Michigan's agricultural products, such as wine grapes, fruits, hops and barley, that are used in the production of Michigan wine, cider, beer, spirits and mixes spirit drinks. Linking these agricultural products to consumers through local wineries, craft breweries, and distilleries provides the opportunity to experience and promote Michigan's agricultural diversity through craft beverages.
